"As a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner, I began my career in the human services field in 2003, gaining valuable experience in mental health, behavioral health, working with individuals of all ages across a range of settings, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as their families. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can process their emotions and experiences. With a person-centered approach, I meet each individual where they are and work to cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful change. I am also focused on understanding the function behind behavior, using this insight to guide interventions that promote positive outcomes. Passionate about empowerment, I provide psychoeducation and habilitation, teaching practical skills that help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being."
