"I am an independently licensed mental health therapist with over fourteen years in the mental health field. I provide services at both our Norfolk and Columbus, NE locations. I am devoted to working with individuals, couples, and families to assist them in learning the skills needed to help ensure they are living the best possible version of their life. I truly believe we are all deserving of embracing what life has to offer and I am happy to support anyone in their journey to get there." 

Ashton has served sixteen years in the military. She enjoys working with the populations of veterans, law enforcement, and other related agencies.

Ashton is certified in EMDR and Trauma training.
